If an expert testifies to impress his peers, he's lost his jury.

Many witnesses, particularly inexperienced experts, have difficulty simplifying their messages and connecting with the jury. Our communications consultants work with fact and expert witnesses to help improve their delivery and communication style, and to ensure that the witness's testimony is both persuasive and understandable. Using many of the same techniques that are applied in executive media training, the witness's practice testimony is video taped, thereby helping to identify problem areas in his or
her presentation.

Recent Project
Pennebaker worked with a nationally recognized School of Public Health to develop a "How to Testify" training video for public health professionals who might be called to testify against an alleged perpetrator in the event of a national security incident such as anthrax.
